Flea & Tick Control
Treatments will reduce deer tick populations (which carry lyme disease),
and help protect pets and children from ticks and fleas. SeaScape
will treat the lawn, mulch beds and up to 10' into wooded areas or
open fields. THREE applications will be made approximately six weeks
apart. These will be scheduled in conjunction with your second, third
and fourth lawn applications. |

Perimeter Pest Control
This service is designed to provide preventative control of household
pets by applying control measures around the exterior foundation,
sills, jams, garage doors and vents. This treatment will minimize
the entry of pests such as ants, roaches, crickets, pantry pests,
millipedes and silverfish. Preexisting populations of wood-boring
insects such as termites and carpenter ants, along with flying insects
will not be controlled as we cannot perform applications indoors.
If you have a problem with these pests now or in the future you
will need to call an interior exterminating company. This program
will consist of 5 annual treatments applied at the time of your
lawn application.

Preventive Grub Control
Grubs are a major problem in August, September and October. Lawn
damage is caused by grubs feeding on roots, or by skunks, raccoons
or crows digging for the grubs. Damage can occur almost overnight,
often between SeaScape's regular visits. Preventive Grub Control
stops grubs before damage occurs in the fall. This is an effective
but expensive product; therefore it cannot be applied to all lawns
without an additional charge. If you do not purchase this treatment,
SeaScape cannot guarantee against grub damage. If damage has occurred
we will treat grub damaged areas at a nominal charge ($25 minimum).

Core Aeration
Core aeration is the removal of thousands of thatch and soil cores
using specialized equipment. It greatly benefits lawns by reducing
thatch and soil compaction and improving root growth. Your lawn
will better withstand heat and drought stress. Aeration is especially
recommended for sodded lawns, thatchy lawns, and compacted or poor
soil.

|
Annual Fall Overseeding
Overseeding will improve your lawn's current condition by introducing
newer and healthier varieties of grass with improved disease and
drought tolerance into your existing lawn. Over time, these improved
varieties will enhance your lawn's appearance as they begin to fill
in and compete with existing grasses. Older lawns and thin lawns
will greatly benefit from overseeding. Core Aeration MUST be purchased
and performed in conjunction with overseeding. (lawn will be aerated
two times at the time of your overseeding.)

Winterizing Fertilization
Certain lawns will benefit from a winterizing application of fertilizer,
especially sodded lawns, Kentucky bluegrass lawns, lawns in full
sun, newly seeded/sodded lawns and lawns with persistent crabgrass
problems. This application will be made in the last half of November
or early December. The benefits will include extended greening in
the fall, earlier green-up in the spring, thicker turf and fewer
weeds and crabgrass the following season.
