AUTOMATIC SPRINKLER SYSTEMS

A system will be customized for your property to include your lawn and ornamental plants, if desired. All systems utilize commercial grade components made by Hunter, and are guaranteed for a full year for parts and labor.

Installation are made with a "pipe puller" to minimize disruption to your lawn. An automatic controller will be installed to turn the system on and off for convenience and efficiency.

A rainfall sensor is also included to shut the system down on rainy days. SeaScape also provides a number of sprinkler system related services and maintenance programs, including:

• Spring turn on/adjustment
• Summer adjustment
• Fall turn off/winterization
• Repairs of any kind
